We will only collect personal information that is necessary, including but not limited to: recruiting and / or contracting for services; and information required for administration requirements.
We request personal information about you when you contact us about recruitment and related services and that personal information may include, but may not be limited to the following:

- Your street and / or postal address
- Your mobile and / or landline phone numbers
- Your email address
- Details about your visa status (if applicable)
- Other personal information provided in resumes such as your education, employment qualifications and your referees.
We collect personal details in different ways including over the phone, in person, and/or through email(s). Information is also collected from other parties with your express consent e.g., when conducting reference checks
We use your personal information to deliver our services which include recruitment for our hotels contracting for services, and for administration purposes. You can access your personal information that we hold and you can request that we correct it if it is wrong.
We will not sell, assign, or rent your personal information nor will we disclose your personal information without your consent, unless required to so by law. We may retain your information for a period of time and use your personal information we have collected during the recruitment process to consider you for new or additional positions.
We will take all reasonable steps to keep your personal information held securely. We use up to date computer systems and network security and we also keep backups of our information.
We may amend this policy at any time by uploading a revised version onto this website.
