2. Phone Screen & Interview

Our recruitment team will review all applications and shortlist candidates for a phone screen. If your skills and experience look suitable for the role, one of our team will give you a call to discuss your application. From there if we proceed with your application, we will invite you to an interview. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to learn more about the role and our workplace.

3. Pre-employment Checks

If you’re successful, the next step is to complete the pre-employment checks. This includes two reference checks, ideally from your former employers, as well as a criminal record check.

4. Offer & Onboarding

If all things go well with your pre-employment checks and you’re successful for the role, we will give you a call to make a verbal offer. Once accepted, we will send you a copy of your employment agreement and other onboarding documentation to complete. If you get to this stage, congratulations, we look forward to you joining our team! When you start, you’ll begin our induction programme to help you settle in.
